We are the Protestant Episcopal Church of the United States of America, the American group of the worldwide Anglican Communion with a total membership of 75 million people in 163 countries. We are often called the “middle way” between Roman Catholicism and Protestant denominations.
We believe there is one God who creates all things redeems us from sin and death, and renews us as the Children of God. We believe that Jesus Christ is our Savior and Lord, the Son of God brought the full revelation about God to us. We believe the mission of our church is restoration of all people to unity with God and each other in Christ.
Our strong Anglican tradition. Enhanced by reliance on Holy Scripture related through preaching and teaching. Our worship is formed by The 1979 Prayer Book of Common Prayer.
Strong Pastoral Care. Enabled by regular visitation by both clergy and laity.
Our dedicaiton to religious, intellectual, and spiritual development and growth. We strive to provide opportunities for education and spiritual formation for people of all ages who want to learn and become effective disciples.
Our historical presence is in the community. For more than 60 years our parish has been distinguished by the beauty of our sacred space and by the generations of leaders we have offered to God.
Our opportunities to be of service to others. We believe in the importance of outreach to local, diocesan, national and international communities.
Growth of openness and charity. By seeking to serve Christ in all persons, loving our neighbor as ourselves and striving for justice and peace among all people respecting the dignity of every human being.
